These terms apply when you use atmklogistics.com (the "site"), operated by ATMK Services Ltd trading as ATMK Logistics, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12279735), with registered office at 7 Fieldfare Crescent, Exmouth, Devon EX8 5FQ and operating depot at Werstan Road, Clyst Honiton, Exeter EX5 2GB. By using this site you accept these terms; if you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
1. What this site is
This site exists to attract and process applications from drivers interested in self-employed last-mile delivery work at our Exeter depot. It is informational and an entry point for our recruitment team — it is not a binding offer of work.
2. Information about the role
We try to keep day rates, bonuses, hours and other figures on this site accurate and up to date. They reflect typical conditions at the time of publication, but they are indicative only. Actual rates, hours and conditions are governed by the contractor agreement you sign on day one — that document, not this website, is what binds us.
The role advertised is self-employed contractor work, not employment. You will be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance. We can point you to information about getting set up but we cannot give you tax advice.
3. Your application
Submitting the form, calling us, or texting us is not a job offer and creates no obligation on either side. We aim to read every application and respond within a working day, but we make no guarantee.
You agree the information you give us is accurate. Misleading information (for example, claiming a licence you don't hold) will result in your application being withdrawn and any contract being terminated.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about us and apply for work. You may not:
- Use the site or its content in any way that breaches UK or applicable foreign law;
- Submit false, automated or bulk applications, or use the form to send spam or unsolicited communications;
- Scrape, copy, mirror or republish the site or any part of it without our written permission;
- Probe, test, or attempt to circumvent the security of the site, or interfere with its normal operation;
- Upload anything containing malware or otherwise harmful code.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, copy, photography, the ATMK name and logo, and all other content are owned by ATMK Services Ltd or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own personal use; everything else is reserved. Don't copy or reuse our brand without asking.
6. Photography and quotes
Driver names and photographs that appear on the site are used with the individual's written permission. If something on the site about you is wrong or you want it removed, email [email protected] and we'll handle it promptly.
7. Links to and from the site
Where the site links to external resources (e.g. our form processor's privacy policy, the ICO), those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content. You may link to our home page provided you do so fairly and don't suggest any endorsement we haven't given.
8. Availability
We do our best to keep the site up, but we don't guarantee it will always be available. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the site or any part of it without notice — for example for maintenance.
9. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We provide the site "as is" and exclude all implied warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, or losses caused by viruses or other harmful material you may pick up while using it.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will tell you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
